Conference Registration Fees

Lunch and Dinner will be provided for those registered for the Live Demo Workshop to be held on 18^th December, 2025.

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing/E-mail and sent to the conference secretariat.

Till 30th June, 2025 -25% cancellation fee, 75% refund.
From 1st July, 2025 to 31st August, 2025 - 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund.
From 1st September, 2025 to 31st October, 2025 - 75% cancellation fee, 25% refund.
After 31st October, 2025 - No refund

GST will remain non-refundable.

The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference.
